StackSure Training & Safety Solutions

1. About Us

StackSure (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides forklift truck training and assessment services to employers and individuals in the United Kingdom.

2. Booking & Acceptance

All training bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Proceeding with a booking, whether verbally, by email, or in writing, constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Training Standards

Training is delivered in accordance with:

 

  • HSE Approved Code of Practice L117

  • Industry best practice

  • Manufacturer and site-specific requirements

Certification is awarded only where safe and competent operation is demonstrated.

StackSure does not guarantee a pass.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client (employer or commissioning organisation) must ensure:

 

  • Suitable, well-maintained equipment is provided

  • A safe and compliant training area is available

  • Appropriate PPE is provided where required

  • Delegates attend for the full course duration

  • Adequate insurance cover is in place

Failure to meet these requirements may result in training being postponed or cancelled without refund.

5. Delegate Responsibilities

Delegates must:

 

  • Follow instructor instructions at all times

  • Act safely and responsibly

  • Have sufficient understanding of English for safety-critical training
    (alternative arrangements must be agreed in advance)

StackSure reserves the right to remove any delegate where safety is compromised.

6. Certification

Upon successful completion, StackSure will issue a certificate of training.

 

  • Certificates are normally issued to the Client (employer)

  • Delegates may request a copy

  • Replacement certificates may be subject to an administration fee

Training records are retained in accordance with data protection and industry requirements.

7. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are agreed prior to training

  • Payment is required in full before training commences unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • StackSure reserves the right to withhold training and/or certification where payment has not been received

8. Cancellations & Postponement

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the agreed fee

  • Training may be postponed due to unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or site non-compliance

9. Liability

StackSure holds appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

 

StackSure is not liable for:

 

  • Site conditions outside its control

  • Pre-existing equipment defects

  • Actions taken contrary to instructor instruction

Training does not remove the Client’s responsibility for ongoing supervision, risk assessment, and safe systems of work.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

 

  • UK GDPR

  • Data Protection Act 2018

Training records are retained for a minimum of 6 years.

11. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of training completion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Availability

These Terms & Conditions are available upon request or via the StackSure website.
